Fennel is an evergreen highly aromatic and flavorful herb that is spread all around the Mediterranean Sea. It is not advisable to use fennel throughout the pregnancy.

Tumidity, stomach, intestinal, liver and reins disorders. Fennel is efficient with heart and rheumatic disorders.It inhibits brest inflammation and calms digestive track in females.

Fennel Tea

1 spoon of minced fennel seeds
2 dl water

Pour minced seeds with boiled water, let it rest for an hour and then filtrate. Drink 2-3 cups a day.For lung diseases cook fennel seeds in milk and sweet it with honey.
